I don’t dish out generic treatment plans in any way shape or form.
I believe that:
Each person is an individual with their own beliefs, fears, motivators.
Scientific evidence must always back up treatment plans.
In supporting you throughout your journey.
In developing goals with you that are aligned with your needs and expected outcome.
In empowering people to play an active role in their journey to success – the goals and the plan on how to get there.
My name is Tania and I am a Clinical Nutritionist.
I grew up in country NSW, filling my days playing netball, running and snowboarding.
I moved to Canberra in 2001 to study Information Technology and begin my career in the industry. Moving to Sydney in 2005, I built my skills spanning a decade namely working for large corporate companies. I knew then there was a shift. IT stopped giving me the desire I sought after and that’s when I decided to pursue Nutrition. I’ve always had a passion for sport, good food and leading a healthy life. An innate desire to help people overwhelmed with information overload and desperately seeking the answers and support on how to achieve quality of life.
My new purpose in life finally realised – I regained balance, I found love, I travelled, and I had children. In between all that, I graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine in 2017. And ever since, empowering women to break through their barriers, overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals is what makes me truly happy.
