About
My name is Tania, and I am the founder of Transcend Nutrition.
I am a clinical nutritionist, mother, computer nerd, researcher, netballer, snowboarder, runner, and lover of the sun. I grew up a very active kid with 2 brothers and a sister in country NSW.
I’ve always had a passion for sport, good food and leading a healthy life. Most of my career has been in the demanding, fast-paced industry of IT. Although rewarding in so many ways, IT stopped giving me the desire I sought after and that’s when I decided to pursue Nutrition.
I started practising Nutrition in 2018 and with personal experiences of myself and the people close to me gave me a special interest in gut health, fertility, weight loss, stress, and mental wellbeing.
My own experiences taught me that we're more complex and fragile than we allow ourselves to believe. Most of us juggle so much in our day to day lives and forget our own self-care needs. Before we know it, we're experiencing health concerns like we never before.
Based in Balmain, NSW. I work within my local community, the Inner West, Sydney CBD and Eastern suburbs. In the age of Telehealth, services are also offered online and Australia-wide.
I love helping people get the most out of food, finding sustainable ways to incorporate better choices for more nutritious meals without overcomplicating efforts in the kitchen. Working with people to improve their health and the health of their families through good food and lifestyle habits is a big part of what I love.
