How it works
I have developed the TN Approach so I can provide you with a tailored treatment and meal plan strategy that works for you and your goals.

Prior to your appointment, you’ll complete a diet and lifestyle diary and pre-consultation questionnaire.

I will spend time prior to your consultation assessing your background information. This will help formulate a productive and personalised consultation ensuring we hit the ground running on our first session.
You will need to send your completed pre-consultation form back at least 24 hours prior to our session.

Whether you have chosen an in-person or telehealth consult, our first session will take up to 90 minutes.
I will collect any additional information, taking a more in-depth assessment.
We will discuss your concerns, goals and priorities along with any important pre-existing health conditions that need to be considered.
We work together in defining your initial plan, one that will be motivating and achievable.

Within a few days of our initial session, I will send you your very own personalised action plan which will include:
Meal plan
Supplement plan
Lifestyle changes
Recipes
Educational resources and more

Within 4 weeks of our initial session, we will have a weigh-in and measurement consult. We will discuss our progress and any issues that need to be addressed.

Within 6 weeks of our initial consultation, we will review your action plan and chat about how you’ve felt over the last 6 weeks, recapping the progress made since day 1. We will discuss what is and isn’t working and then tweak your action plan to accommodate the changes.

Depending on your package, we will have subsequent follow-up sessions, weigh-ins and measurements if applicable.

Let us say you’ve taken a couple of months off to travel, or the festive season turned into 3 months – resulting in a little overindulgence. This package will help you get back on track.
Transform
So, you want to lose some weight, except you’re a little worried about how to do it whilst resolving an existing health concern. This could be gut issues, sleep, or stress-related issues for example. Then This package will support you through resolving those concerns whilst losing weight.
Transcend
Transcend is a package great for those who need that extra support. You may have more than one health concern that requires a slow and steady approach with your weight loss, or you may prefer to have weekly progress sessions rather than fortnightly.
